Concentrate Latex is latex from processing natural latex from farmers with high-speed spinning machine to separate latex from other substances making latex more concentrated with content of dry rubber less than 60%.
Furthermore, chemicals are added to control quality as the customers need.
MICROTEX LATEX
Microtex Latex is a specially treated centrifuged natural rubber latex that behaves similarly to the single centrifuged latex but with the added advantage of having very low micro-coagulum content.
EPOXIDIZED NATURAL RUBBER
Epoxidised Natural Rubber (ENR) is derived from the partial epoxidation of the natural rubber molecules, resulting in a totally new type of elastomer.
It is a modified natural rubber having the properties resembling those of synthetic rubbers rather than natural rubber.
MG RUBBER
MG RUBBER is modified high performance specialty rubber manufactured by graft polymerization of poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) into latex,MG-30 has 30% PMMA and 70% rubber.
The plastic-like nature of the PMMA lends itself to preparation of high hardness/modulus, good physical properties, impact resistant and easy-processing rubber compounds.
